I can honestly say this was the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience I’ve ever had. Since moving back from the Phoenix metro, I have had my vehicles serviced at Thayer CDJR, but never really interacted with the sales staff. From the moment I walked onto the sales floor, everyone was friendly and welcoming — no pressure, no pushy sales tactics, just honest help. Ben Bailey really took the time to listen to what I wanted and worked hard to find the perfect car that fit my needs and my budget. I test drove a Grand Cherokee on a Thursday mentioned I would be back in Saturday to look more, the Grand Cherokee wasn't quite the right fit. By Saturday, when Ben called to see when I'd be coming, I responded with "I have bad news for you; I think I have landed on a Pathfinder." Ben, knew me and offered "Have you considered the Durango; we have a Citadel I think you might like," and the rest was history...well almost. I went in that day and drove the Durango...loved it but wanted to be sure, so I drove about 4 other vehicles. He even took me down to the Toyota dealership in town to let me get into a 4-Runner. On top of all that, Ben was willing to let me go to HD to see if a sheet of plywood would fit in the back! He KNOWS his vehicles and answered all my questions...on ALL the vehicles (and I had a lot!) The paperwork part was quick and painless, and I appreciated how transparent they were about pricing — no hidden fees or surprises. I left feeling confident that I made the right choice, and I absolutely love my new to me SUV! If you’re thinking about getting a new/used vehicle, do yourself a favor and go see Ben at Thayer CDJR. Jake and the rest of the staff here are amazing! 2 weeks ago, I finally decided to retire my old Jeep, and I was shopping around just getting an idea of what all was out there. I checked out their website first and saw a great selection, but I was set on getting a Grand Cherokee. Luckily, they had one on site. I sent an email, and Jake responded immediately in a very relaxed professional manner, which was a breath of fresh air in comparison to other inquiries elsewhere i had been having. I set up a viewing after work and met Jake at the dealership. Right from the beginning, Jake was a listener and let me explain what I was looking for in my future new car. He completely understood and definitely saw why I wanted that Grand Cherokee. Jake didn't rush or try to push fancier or more expensive cars into my eye-line, he went thru everything with the grand cherokee and let me take my time. I explained i didn't want to rush this and he said he wouldn't let me, he understands how big of a purchase a new car is and wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. After afew days I was ready to make the deal, not only was the process super smooth and hassle free, jake kept in touch with updates and made sure I knew everything leading up to the deal closing. 2 weeks later im driving an amazing car and im thankful for Jake and the rest of the staff for making this a "family affair" with how personal and compassionate they were in this deal. I will send everyone i know who are looking for a new car to Jake and Thayer and I will be getting all my future cars from them! 10/10!
Purchased a vehicle from Ben Bailey and he was fantastic. My husband and I ask tons of questions and he was professional and friendly in answering everything, and finding answers for anything he didn't know offhand. After the sale, Ben has been helpful and quick to answer my inquiries as I get used to my vehicle. He knows a lot about the vehicle and that has been very nice. Gave us a great orientation of the vehicle also, before test driving. Enjoyed meeting the owner, Ryan also. Not our first , or last, purchase there. Ask for Ben!
